STOP HUD EXPANSION OF BENEFITS FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS

Dear Dr. Carson,

Illegal aliens are not entitled to HOPWA benefits under the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 and any exceptions should be clearly defined by Congress, not by HUD.

Please immedaitly put a stop on any ‘clarification’ by HUD that would allow housing benefits to be given to Illegal aliens at the cost of tax-payers.
